How to receive help this Holiday Season

  • A Community Partner, School or Government Agency must refer clients
  • Clients Must live in Adams, Broomfield, Boulder, and Jefferson County (Must Show Proof)
  • Past Recipients Must Requalify (Before November 30th)
  • Have A Link2Feed Client ID Number
  • Provide Hard Copies of Birth Certificates for All Children
  • Only Open to Children Ages 17-Infant (we can't gift to any unborn children)
  • Must Be the Biological Parent or Have Legal Court Documents of Legal Guardianship
