FOOD PANTRY & DIAPER SERVICES – BY APPOINTMENT ONLY


All essential services at our food pantry require an appointment, available Monday–Friday.

APPOINTMENT

NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2025:

Clients may visit the pantry a maximum of twice (2) per month to ensure new clients also have access to valuable resources.

No-Show/No-Call Policy:


Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without canceling will have all future appointments canceled.

If a client misses a second appointment without notice, they will be required to volunteer for 2 hours before being allowed to schedule future appointments.


Cancellations by Joyful Journeys:


  • Joyful Journeys staff reserves the right to cancel appointments at any time.
  • If an appointment is canceled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at signup.

    Monday-Friday: 11am-4pm 


    WE ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS


    No country or income restrictions. During the holidays we offer free holiday dinners. Last client slip is accepted at 4pm.

  • Ways You Can Help

    We are only accepting food donations/Hygiene products/ baby care (like formula, diapers, etc), pet food, and monetary donations. We accept donations Mon-Sat from 10:30am-5:00pm.


    We don't accept car seats, mattresses, large appliances, old electronics, or heavily used items. Please call if you have any questions.
