How To Receive Help This Holiday Season:

• A Community Partner, School, Government Agency, or Joyful Journeys must refer clients
• Must be referred
• Clients Must live in Adams or Broomfield County (Must Show Proof)
• Past Recipients Must Requalify (Before November 30th)
• Have A Link2Feed Client ID Number Visit newclient.link2feed.com.
• Provide Hard Copies of Birth Certificates for All Children
• Only Open to Children Ages 17-Infant (we can't gift to any unborn children)
• Must Be the Biological Parent or Have Legal Court Documents of Legal Guardianship
• If they are a past recipient, they must do one of the following to requalify.  1) Volunteer 4 hours, 2) attend one of our many free empowerment classes, or 3) have their child registered in one of our youth sports.  Requalifying must be completed before November 27th, 2023.

Families will be allowed to submit a wish list per child which equals $50 grand total.  We can never over-promise anything and we do try our best to meet their needs. Gifts are donated and we can never guarantee what we will get.

But please encourage your client to be as detailed as possible, e.g. colors, character names, girly vs tomboy, size of clothes and shoes, name brands, etc.

(Apple products, computers, video game consoles, phones, tables, $100 shoes and large ticket items definitely won't be filled.)
